You can update your name, billing address and phone number (not email) in the Renewals Payment Portal by doing the following:

• To update name, in the top right, under your name, click on the drop-down arrow and choose ‘My Profile’
• To update your billing address, in the top right, under your name, click on the drop-down arrow and choose ‘My Billing Address’

Please note that billing address changes on the Subscription Renewals Portal are for your credit card payment information only and do not update your final invoice.
